Batu Sisi villa is providing our guests with a luxurious private hideaway. Lying in the most tranquil location at the end of a ‘no through’ lane on the outskirts of a Hindu village (where there is no mosque to disturb you!) yet is quiet close to the west coast beaches and Senggigi village. The spacious open plan living area, which goes directly to the swimming pool, accommodating many traditional Indonesian artifacts and furnitures, has seating for 10, a dining table and chairs for 8 and internet/cable TV. There are 3 spacious air-conditioned bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom. The well-decorated terrace garden has aa plenty of tropical plants and shrubs and an enticing the 9mx4mx1.5m deep pool. Our shaded gazebo, with its sun loungers and deck chairs, which is adjacent to the pool, is the right place to relax and enjoy this tropical paradise. Your stay at the villa will be an unforgettable experience ever since!

ACCOMMODATION
Bedroom 1 has a 1.8m (6ft) double bed, en suite and dressing room.
Bedroom 2 has a 1.6m (5ft 4in) double bed, single bed, (3ft 10in) and en-suite.
Bedroom 3 has a 1.8m (6ft) double bed, en suite bathroom and shower.
The En-suite Bedroom 1 has bath / shower, WC, bidet and wash basin.
The En-suite Bedrooms 2 and 3 have shower, WC, bidet and wash basin.
There are toilet and shower outside the room adjacent to pool.
Our kitchen has a full European type cooker with gas hob, grill and oven, two refrigerator with freezers and a water dispenser (hot, normal and chilled water). We also provide our guests with a washing machine in the maid’s utility room.
The lounge has comfortable seating for 10, containing ancient Indonesian artifacts and furniture, ceiling fans and internet/cable TV. The dining area has a table and chairs for 8 people.
At the back of the villa there is a ‘back’ kitchen equipped with a cooker, a utility room with toilet and washing machine and a store room.
Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service: All linen, towels etc are provided, washed and replaced, as required, by the maid. There is a gardener / maintenance man available on-site daily.

Accessibility
The property is unfortunately not suitable enough for wheel chair users.
Swimming pool and Outside Dining Table. Our villa has a beautifully designed terraced garden equipped with plenty of tropical plants and shrubs which are attentively maintained by our gardener. The private 9mx4mx1.5m deep tiled swimming pool is another joy. The spacious shaded gazebo adjacent to the pool with its sun beds and deck chairs is exactly the right place to get more relaxed. And not to forget: The gazebo has its own cooking facilities for el fresco living!
Coast line
It takes you only a short walk to the nearest beach - a 10 minute stroll - but since the entire coast line is very much fantastic indeed, you can take the local bus, a taxi or a bike, which are simply affordable! This is a tropical paradise after all!
Distances
The village of Senggigi where many restaurants and shops reside, is about 3km only. The only town on the island (Mataram) is about 30 minutes by car. Mataram is the only town on the island with plenty of western shopping arcades and a modern shopping mall.

Located around 35 kms south-east of Bali, around 3 million inhabitants are living on this island Lombok. The island is fascinating and exactly resembles what Bali looked like around 30 years ago. Many untouched beautiful empty beaches on the west and south coasts, helpful, friendly people, a way of life everyone has dreamed of and also not to forget the amazingly affordable prices.
We are also famous for our diving and snorkeling site- especially off the Gili Islands - a visit for the diving, beaches and atmosphere whichis simply unforgettable.
